![]() Have you ever left a cake uncovered? Well I did and it was a couple of days before I noticed. So, I decided to create a dish from my left over cake. I created a simple, quick and tasty bread pudding. This dish has vanilla, cinnamon, raisins, rice milk and of course the Schar Gluten Free Marble Pound Cake. Most important, this dish takes less than 40 minutes to make from start to finish. ![]() This is a quick, fast and tasty side dish or light meal. These quesadillas feature products found in most local supermarkets such as Mission Corn Tortillas, Sabra Guacomole (classic) and Perdue Simply Smart Chicken Strips. It is quick, easy and gluten free. I used strawberries in this recipe, but you can use the fruit of your choice. This recipe only has three ingredients: heavy cream, strawberries and vanilla extract. I have chosen NOT to add sugar, however you can do so. You can add one or multiple fruits. This ice cream has an old fashion ice cream taste, specifically you can really taste the cream.! This is something that is missing from the manufactured ice cream brands sold in stores. XOXOXOX Dawn ![]() Ingredients: Schar Multigrain Ciabatta Rolls Cucumber (a few slices) 4 Teaspoons of Feta Cheese Red Onion (a few slices) 1 cup Arugula Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Prep Work: Slice ¼ of the cucumber (make thin slices) and set aside Slice the red onion Heat the Schar Multigrain Ciabatta Rolls for 3 – 5 minutes in the oven Assemble the Sandwich: Cut the Schar Multigrain Ciabatta Rolls in half Spread the Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on both halves of rolls Add the Arugula Add the sliced cucumbers Add the Feta Cheese Add thered onions Place the other half of the roll on top of the sandwich It is time to eat.
