Daiya New York Cheezecake is a great “cheese” cake substitute for those who are diary free, vegan and gluten free. Typical “cheese” cake is made with a cake or graham cracker crust that contains wheat. The crust of this cake is made from sorghum flour and potato starch and excludes the use of eggs and dairy. This cheesecake is totally gluten free and it taste wonderful from first to last bite. The rich vanilla taste and the creamed coconut help to create the wonderful creamy texture of the cake.
