1. Create a list of things you cannot eat and the things that you can eat. Maintain a journal of your body's response to the food that you eat. Do not be afraid to move foods from the list of the things that you can eat to the things that you cannot eat.
2. Share the journal notations with your doctor(s) as needed.
3. Learn the importance of advocating for your children and/or self.
4. Create a separate email address to use for signing up for mailing list, emails & e-coupons from food manufacturers. This will ensure that your main email account is overloaded.
