Opting to use a gluten free flour when cooking or baking provides the opportunity to explore different types of flours. Cassava, Almond, Tiger Nut and Coconut are a few options. Each of these flours provides a different taste and texture to your cooking and baking. Our support group meeting on January 12th focused on these flours. We discussed pairing these flours with other gluten free flours and the benefit of using these flours.
