What is the solution? It can be found in what I drink and eat. I am trying to drink more water and eat less sugar. I am trying to ensure that I receive the full daily serving of vegetables. Is this difficult to do? Absolutely yes. It can be hard to maintain a food discipline when there are so many tempting things to eat. I am trying to incorporate summer fruits as sweets and I am looking for other healthier options to snack on during the day.
I also think it is time to change my skin care products. I have summer and winter products along with a few that overlap seasons. Summertime requires a lighter approach to skin care. Heavy products clog the pores.
Also remember that you should protect your skin with sun block. Most important enjoy the summer weather!
