![]() Glutens are hidden in so many food products. It can be frustrating finding a sweet treat for yourself or the family. I make my own ice cream using a hand mixer. It is quick, easy and gluten free. I used strawberries in this recipe, but you can use the fruit of your choice. This recipe only has three ingredients: heavy cream, strawberries and vanilla extract. I have chosen NOT to add sugar, however you can do so. You can add one or multiple fruits. This ice cream has an old fashion ice cream taste, specifically you can really taste the cream.! This is something that is missing from the manufactured ice cream brands sold in stores. I decided that would eat two boxes of these waffles (not in one sitting LOL!) before writing a product review. The waffles are great for a quick morning meal. They are not dry nor do they taste bland. I had to check the box to make sure they were actually gluten free. Kids and adults will enjoy these waffles. The waffles toast nicely and taste great with butter and syrup. I recommend that you give them a try.
