Judy Hevrdejs of the Chicago Tribune Newspaper published an article on taste testing gluten free flours. This article was also published in The Palm Beach Post on March 14, 2014. I have not seen any promotions for this product. This is quite disappointing. Betty Crocker makes great tasting box gluten free products such as chocolate fudge cake, yellow cake, chocolate cookie and brownie mix. I will look for this product in my local stores. I have not used all of the products tested. But I have tried both the King Arthur and Glutino flours. The King Arthur flour is my favorite of the two. ![]() Barilla’s gluten free pasta is quite tasty. I was initially hesitant to try the pasta, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pasta did not have any after taste. It held the shape of the elbow after cooking. I also enjoy the flavor of the pasta without anything on it. I used this pasta in a dish that had red sauce and mozzarella cheese. The next time I use this pasta, it will be in a macaroni salad. I will definitely purchase this pasta again. ![]() The Gluten Free Eye was a participant at Stage Fest 2014 at The Loew's Jersey.
