Udi's has a line of gluten free muffins that can be found at Foodtown, Whole Foods, and Shoprite to name a few stores. I found these muffins in the frozen food section and on shelves with gluten free bread in stores. These muffins are packed four to a container. They have a good taste after defrosting. You can choose to eat the muffins directly from the container or warm in the oven or microwave. I found these muffins to be affordable. The price is typically $5.99 to $7.99 depending upon the store (and if the muffins are on sale). When purchasing on sale, I tend to buy multiple packages. I like to wrap each muffin individually in plastic wrap and then place in a freezer bag before placing in the refrigerator. Then I remove each muffin few hours before eating. Typically at night I move the muffin from the freezer to the refrigerator, so that they are ready to eat in the morning.

Goya Products Goya has a line of gluten free products that are a great fit for the gluten free world! These products can easily be found in your local grocery store or supermarket. The price point is extremely reasonable. As a working mother, I enjoy using these products because they taste great and are easy to prepare. This is a picture of salmon prepared with dill, pesto butter and a light coating of Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I baked the salmon for 20 minutes are paired it with Goya's Aged Basmati Rice. Dinner was ready in less than 45 minutes.
