XOXOXOXOX Dawn Looking for a good tailgate party or movie/television show binge day dish? Try this turkey cutlet, bacon, spinach and cheddar cheese roll. This little roll is filled with the taste of a baked turkey cutlet, spinach and cheddar cheese. The bacon provides a tasty, crispy outside while the inside is moist and delicious. This dish is easy to make. My prep time was 20 minutes. Baking time was 40 minutes. Change the ingredients as often as you like. Use broccoli instead of spinach or substitute Swiss cheese for the cheddar cheese. You can add peppers, onions, stuffing, etc. You can make as many variations of the roll to give your tailgate party/binge day guests a little variety. It also goes well with a side salad for those days when you want to eat something quick and tasty. XOXOXOX Dawn Today is a busy day, but it is also a lazy day. So I decided to treat myself to a pot of fresh brewed tea. Brewing fresh tea is quick and easy to make thanks to Cha Ma Gu Dao tea shop in Montclair, New Jersey. It is really a privilege to walk in and pick-up a pound or so of tea leaves. The process of brewing tea is relaxing, it feels organic and in todays fast past environment is a reward. If you have not experienced drinking fresh brewed tea, I highly recommend it. XOXOXOX Dawn |
