Banza Spaghetti Made From Chickpeas

Picture
If you are bored with spaghetti made with rice and corn, this product is a nice option.  Spaghetti made from chickpeas, in my opinion is best when cooked al dente.  If cooked too long the spaghetti becomes mushy and can fall apart. Urgg that is so frustrating.  I had to set my telephone timer to ensure that I did not over cook the spaghetti.

I am extremely fond of this product.  It has a great taste. The spaghetti has a mild chickpea taste that is not overpowering.  This spaghetti can be paired with Olive oil, Marinara and sauces with meat and vegetables.  The price point of this product is excellent, $2.99 at Whole Foods and online at various sellers.

This product is definitely worth trying at least once.

XOXOXOX
Dawn
