![]() Ingredients: Schar Multigrain Ciabatta Rolls Cucumber (a few slices) 4 Teaspoons of Feta Cheese Red Onion (a few slices) 1 cup Arugula Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Prep Work: Slice ¼ of the cucumber (make thin slices) and set aside Slice the red onion Heat the Schar Multigrain Ciabatta Rolls for 3 – 5 minutes in the oven Assemble the Sandwich: Cut the Schar Multigrain Ciabatta Rolls in half Spread the Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on both halves of rolls Add the Arugula Add the sliced cucumbers Add the Feta Cheese Add thered onions Place the other half of the roll on top of the sandwich It is time to eat.
