It is quick, easy and gluten free. I used strawberries in this recipe, but you can use the fruit of your choice. This recipe only has three ingredients: heavy cream, strawberries and vanilla extract. I have chosen NOT to add sugar, however you can do so. You can add one or multiple fruits. This ice cream has an old fashion ice cream taste, specifically you can really taste the cream.!
