![]() #gfafexpo# I had an awesome time at the expo today. A special thanks to Schar’s for sponsoring me as an official blogger. I had the opportunity to speak with so many vendors. I sampled numerous products. There was a great mixture of vendors at the expo. Over the next couple of weeks I will be performing product reviews. Here is a short list of what I experienced today. Garden Lites has a great Cheddar Broccoli Bake. I ate tons of samples. Dole has a wonderful Carrot Ginger soup. San –J provided me with a Tamari Ginger Asian Dressing to sample and review. I had the opportunity to meet with a couple of local (NJ) vendors such as Get Fresh Bake House located in Fairfield, NJ and Hoboken Farms from northern NJ makes a terrific Marinara Sauce. This is a short list of the booths that I visited. There were 150 booths, so there is lots of information to share. A special thanks to Smart Flour Foods for inviting me to their booth. I loved their pizzas! I would also like to thank Ian’s for inviting me to their booth. They have a large variety of GF and allergen free products. I would also like to thank DF Mavens. Unfortunately they were out of samples at the time of my appointment, but I have been invited back on day 2 to sample their frozen desserts. Stay tuned for more updates on Facebook, Twitter and my blog on the 2014 GFAF Expo in NJ. I would also like to say hello to a fellow blogger that I met at today’s event. Hey Kristen Goppoek!
