Cocoa’s Closet & Pamper Parlor presented by Alita Carter 4/11/14

It was an honor to be a part of Alita Carter’s event at the Bethune Center in Jersey City, NJ. I had the opportunity to meet several new vendors and the community members.  I also enjoyed sharing my gluten free baked goods with everyone.  I love it when people are surprised at how great my gluten free baked goods taste.  Lots of people recognize the health benefits of eating gluten free.  Unfortunately they have been timid about eliminating glutens from their diet.  This stems from the fear of eating tasteless food.  I managed to change several minds, at least about gluten free baked goods with my gluten free mini cupcakes and cookies.  Enjoy the pictures!
