I fried my Tilapia fillets in a coating made from Arrowhead Mills Organic Yellow Corn Meal (it is gluten free) and EnerG Pure Rice Flour. I seasoned the corn meal and rice flour mixture with salt and pepper. Then I fried my fish in sunflower oil. It tastes great!
