Barilla’s gluten free pasta is quite tasty. I was initially hesitant to try the pasta, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pasta did not have any after taste. It held the shape of the elbow after cooking. I also enjoy the flavor of the pasta without anything on it. I used this pasta in a dish that had red sauce and mozzarella cheese. The next time I use this pasta, it will be in a macaroni salad. I will definitely purchase this pasta again.
